When I ran 50mcg I didnt see anything at all. Once I upped it to 80mcg the gains were in full force. When I stepped up to 100mcg they were even more noticable. I'll never go under 100mcg in my future runs.Originally Posted by Titan1

How long did you run the 100 mcg? Any sides? Joint pain or stiffness?
