    Bridging between cycles

    I've been on 750 Test enth, 600 Deca and .25 L-dex per week for the last 4 months and am preparing to taper off my cycle. How long should I wait before starting the cycle over and does anyone have some good, simple and affordable ways to bridge the two cycles? i.e. clomid, hgc et all? Is bridging between cycles handled different then say comming off the juice althogether as discribed on the main website?

    after 16 wks, i would not try to bridge..did you take hcg during your cycle? what are your plans for PCT

    i say time on=time off (time on includes PCT), especially after such a long cycle

    have you had bloodwork done?

    a number of people use morning dbol as a bridge and avoid the vast majority of suppression. worth looking into for the more-than-casual user.

    what do you mean by taper? i hope you dont mean lower the dose and cut everything

    i say for best results cut deca a week or 2 before the test (so the esters match up and clear from your system around the same time) and then wait 14 days after your last test injection. take some hcg 500iu ed for the 20 days, starting on the day of your last test injection. then start

    weeks 1-2 nolva 40mg ed
    weeks 3-6 nolva 20mg ed
    weeks 1-6 proviron 50mg ed (this part is the most option part of the pct described)
    weeks 1-6 aromasin 50mg / or / l-dex .25-.5mg ed
    then take a few weeks off the juice, unless youre going to make it a career or something then your body needs a break
    for most people time on + pct = time off so you would need 5 1/2 months with no gear this way
    but for me i use time on = pct + time off so you would need 2 1/2 months off the juice

    i suggested a 6 weeks pct because 4 months on thoe very supressive compounds will probalby take mroe than the 4 weeks the is average pct time

    i mean ofcourse you could change this in anyway that you learn about btu it sound slike you dotn know much but what you have read on the main page so im ust trying to throw this out there

    Hmmm.....I've never bridged before nor would I ever. But if I ever were to bridge, I'd do 200mgs of primo per week.

    What you are talking about is crusing not bridging. If you cruise, you never come off, simple as that. You need to consider the long term effects of that if that is you choice. Bridging is moving from cycle to cycle and still doing PCT but including such products as HGH and IGF which are very anti catabolic.

    I think there really is a D-bol bridge.It is alot more sophisticated than just taking 10mg of d-bol in the AM.IKf i remember there was a big experiment and thread done by some members at another discussion board some years back

    i agree w/ this advice. might wanna throw in some lr3 w/ your pct

    i'd be interested to see it. i wonder what is more complicated than just popping a 10mg dbol every AM until next cycle...

    and whoever suggested 50mg aromasin - are you crazy??? 12.5mg ED is the average dose and that dries my joints out as badly as letro. 50mg and i couldnt get out of bed!

    personally i think bridging is for contest prep only why put more stress on your body for no reason other than 4 a contest. good diet,sleep,workout, solves the gains loss plus time off is important 2 bring ur natty test levels bck up 2 scratch so u can gain good on nxt cycle
