    Everyone has different opinions on cardio while bulking. I do it because I want to be healthy and I do not want to be fat. Others will not do it through fear of it being catabolic. I take BCAA and Glut before and after to try and prevent catabolism.

    Yes, everyone has their opinions on doing cardio on an empty stomach. In my opinion, I think that's fine, but 4-5 times a weeks is a bit much while your bulking. Try for 2-3 times instead that way your not losing too much muscle.

    Sorry bro,have to disagree with you!!!!Its not much at all...I know plenty of BBers(including me) that do bulkers but want to keep their fat down and thats exactly what they do...Pro BBers and other athletes do cardio twice a day all year around.
