The new video is him prepping for the 2005 Olympia not 2006 guys so keep tha tin mind. It ends filming in like Jan, 2006 I believe I read on his website. So its not a super recent film by any means. Came out a while ago.

He´s chest is really muscular in one step closer.
In one chestworkout he does more exercises and sets than ronnie does in two workouts.
