Now if im in a straight strenght building phase and not worried about a little chub in my mid section will beer consumption hurt any. I know the obvious adding more to my mid section flab, but will it hurt or help strenght gains?

having one or two every now and then wont hurt too bad, but dont get drunk too much
i can maintain a good diet throughout the week and good workout schedule and get shitfaced friday and saturday nights and still make good gains. probably not as good as without the drinkin but im not a pro or anything

I have to go to a Oktoberfest like beer festival today.
Shitfaced is very bad.... think of all the time wasted by the body recovering itself, when it could have been building muslce and growing.
A few drinks throught the week wont hurt as long as your diet can afford the sugar and carbs.
alcohol promotes estrogen.... but sometimes worth it![]()
