It depends where you mean. Is it on your nut sack? It could be an ingrown hair. Or are you feeling your balls and you actually feel a small lump on the testicle? If it's on your testicle then go see a doctor. If it's on your nut sack, I wouldn't worry about it.

For the moment dont worry, get an appoint with the doc asap though, he ll then refer you to the hospital for a scan.

I ve been in twice for them both times it was just a syst which willl vanish over time. hope this eases your mind.

I've always wondered why they always ask us to do that? Does it make make the lump move or what? Im curious about it...

it feels like a cyst..and it dosnt hurt..Its pretty hard hard but no bigger than a caviar egg.

I wouldn't worry about it. Most likely it's a cyst. I have one , and I know alot of other ppl who said they've been scared thinking its cancer then to know its also a cyst.
