    work on legs

I've never been into working my legs. My leg work outs consisted of running 4 miles 5 days a week. I'm not running much now, so I plan on working my legs with weights now. The photos below are my begining photos. Lets see if I make some improvements by 6 OCT. 06

    My beginners routine is

4 sets of squat 8-12 Reps

    135, 155, 185, 205

4 sets leg press 8-12 Reps

    155, 185, 205, 225

    4 sets Deadlift 8-12

    135, 140, 155, 185

4 sets of calf raises 20 reps

No weights, don't have a calf raise machine, so I raise my calfs on a wood
block with weights in my hands

4 sets of leg lift 8-12 reps

4 sets of reservse left lift 8-12 reps

4 sets of single leg calf raise.

Good luck, you can do seated calf raises with the weight on your knee's as an alternative.

I don't have a calf machine at my gym so I use a backpack full of 5kg plates plus a weight belt with a dumbell hanging from it to do standing calf raises on a block. I do it near a machine so i can use a few fingers to keep balance.
    Give that a go mate.
