deepinsideofme, are you preparing for a bench competition? Is that raw? I dont know your BW or age, but thats a good number regardless. If youre interested in powerlifting i can point you in the right direction.

What competitor in sports would want to publicly say there not drug free? Besides jose canseco and others who would get the extra attention and publicity......I think none would admit. Hell athletes that do get tested positive still claim there drug free

we dont want little kids (not in this example, though) doing drugs and hurting themselves becasue they wanna be the next barry bonds or something
