    I normally take my preworkout meal 1-1.5hrs before the gym.. directly before working out I take 10g's BCAA's. Preworkout meal normally consists of approx 50g low GI carbs and a small portion of lean protein (ex. 3-4 oz chicken/turkey/tuna) w/corn + peas on occasion.
