My question is can women use IGF?

If so what would the dose? I would assume injection time would be the same.

What about sides? I read about the headaches etc. but would they differ

Based on recomendations from an "expert" we started my girlfriend on 40mcg (20 mcg shot bilaterally) in muscles workd that day. She developed a headache and was lethargic after each shot. It was recommended that we try diluting the shots more and also take in more carbs post injection. So far she has not restarted after initial week. I'll post a log when she does. Good luck.
