how bout this one..deviled eggs for protein/fat meal. egg, light mayo, vinegar, pickle juice, paprika..is this terrible for cutting? it tastes good it has to be.

You'd have to limit them, as 1 deviled egg probably contains around 10g fat. But personally, I'd rather not even have them at all. I wouldn't be able to stop at anything less than a dozen.![]()

They are one of my cheat foods...They are like chips you cant just eat one
use light mayo
and eat ur heart out if ur bulking.. i used to eat 10-12 deviled half's and 8-12 hardboiled eggs a day when bulking
Hard boiled eggs are great for farting.
