UPS curiousity?

NOTE: UPS can open ANY package at ANY time. USPS must have a warrant or some exigent circumstances (like a ticking package or something) to open a package.

They can't open w/o a warrant, ONLY if you ship priority. Regular mail they can open whenever..

USPS is a government entity. They MUST have a warrant to open your package (absent exigent circumstances). UPS (and Fex Ex, etc) are private companies and can open ANY package, ANY time, for ANY reason. No warrant needed.

Correct,Im tight with my UPS
driver,and this subject has come
up from time to time with him.
As for frequent deliveries,they
can care less.They just want their
day to end as soon as possible.

Better off getting USPS if u can.

unless the package is "damaged" and or a wet or powdery substance is noticed on the exterior..

then they open it and send a letter..
