Soreness..How long?

welcome to the club....first shot will be sore for about 3-4 days..... thay all get better after that....i dont even get sore now

So its gonna be sore for 3-4 days the first time i shot a new muscle.....man am i gonna be one sore dude for a few weeks.

And how often can you go back and hit the same muscle again with another cc?

I shoot 1.5cc's in claves, pecs, and delts without issue. 3cc's in quads no problemo, but if my ass even sees a syringe it gets inflammed. For some people it's quad shots that always hurt. Learn what works for you.
