You'll lose water and some weight...if you're doing everything right no muscle!!!...its hard to say in pounds howeve,r it all depends on you.

well here is my strategy...
during cycle I dont use creatine or IGF, and I dont mess with GH ( cant afford it for 6 mos right now )...
the day I start taking my PCT drugs, I also start creatine, and within a week I do 4 weeks of IGF at 100mcg ed... I have actually gained a pound or two off cycle... its just a tad softer and not quite as solid...
7 weeks after last injection this time i only lost 3![]()

Will be combining IGF and Clen, as well as other PCT compounds, to attain as many gains as possible post cycle. We'll see.
I know this is getting off topic, but when you fellas include IGF in PCT how do you do it? Switch up the muscle ed, and just inject the ones worked?

As for the IGF, it should be used ed. Some prefer PWO, while others will just shoot whenever it's convienant. I believe it matters little. IGF in PCT will began the same time as your other compounds.
im 8 weeks from last shot and have lost 3lbs only. im still growing and strength is still increasing. just started taking no/creatine together vpx brand called no-shotgun. this shit kicks ass. talk about energy levels through the roof!!! pct is clomid and nolva. hopes this helps
I was advised to do IGF PWO out at around 40-80mcg/ED. If I remember correctly...

What creates muscle, will, in most cases, keep it.
I am afraid I miht be working out too strongly when in PCT... maybe work out as hard but with higher reps or sumin.. I mean it is possible to overtrain especially in that possibly very catabolic state..
