crystals in my cyp 250

I went to crack into my cyp 250 aand theres crytals in the vial. i was instructed to heat it up a bit in warm water and shake it but its taking a long ass time to go away. What should i do???

Your solution crashed dude. You need to bake it in the oven for a little while....don't forget to vent your vial.
