Start off with 10mg/day. Avoid winny completely. Ben Johnson actually took it by mistake in replace of furazabol. Winny causes too much connective tissue pain.
MDHT is the best oral you can take for sprinting. You can go as high as 50-100mg/day with MDHT. Take pre-workout. Halotestin at 10mg/day is also good. With test prop, you should keep your dose below 200mg/week.

10mgs of tbol isnt going to do jack. Thats like running 10mgs of anavar...( I wouldn't expect any gains whatsoeva). If your going to use less then 30mgs/day of tbol , I wouldn't even bother running it...it would be a waste IMO. Might aswell buy some creatine and experience the same gains without the HPTA suppression. At 60mgs/day pumps were very well tolerated for me. But again I'm alot bigger than the average sprinter.....So that could be a factor.

You offer to use halo instead but winstrol and halo are both very similair in what they do. Bber's use them before comp to "dry them out". So wouldn't you say halo , winstrol, anavar, equipoise all dry out the body thus making a harder appearence? So they all dry out your joints in the process and they They all cause "connective tissue pain" and have with many users. So if a user experiences joint pain with winstrol ,I'm betting halo would do the same.
