    First off, welcome to AR. Secondly i would quit what your doing right now your gonna get ****ed up
    Running d-bol on its own is horrible idea and you will lose what you gain in the end or at least most of it. AS are not something you just do one day you have to reasearch and learn how to use them properly and this is the place to do it. If you dont you will get shut down and possibly hurt yourself.

    a better cycle to start if you wanna use dbol would be
    test e 500mg a week 1-10 weeks
    d-bol 20mg a day for 1-4 week
    15-20mg nolva a day for gyno
    and clomid after for PCT

    best advice quit what our doing now research for a while on here then add some test cause test is best and you shouldnt run without it and then take dbol and test or just test

    Thanx for your response. How will doing just d-bol F*** me up? I am to scared of taking too much. Seeing it is my first cycle I dont to end up with all sorts of side effects. Or end up dropping a ton of money for stuff to counter act the side effects I am getting. Also, I dont want to gain so much weight so fast that everyone is going to know Im using gear.

    Your carrying ALOT of bodyfat already.
    Dbol only is bad, You don't know what your doing.

    dbol is gonna make you gain weight and reasonably fast(also water retention) also you should not take dbol only cycles ever back 20 years ago when nobody knew anything they did that now its a big no no i dont know everything about dbol so i cant really get into it but i know not to take it alone and i know you shouldnt take it to long since its hard on ur liver 4 weeks is usually as long as you want to take it
    you do not know enough to use correctly hold off for a bit listen learn and ask qestions on the board for a while and you will get everything you need
    its your best interest to hold off till you know
    trying to look of for you
    hopefully some of the guys with a lot of nfo will come and give some advice but i was tring to give you a starting warning and they will advise u the rest of the way

    Thanx juice for your response again. I have access to the knowledge and the gear. Im just really worried about long term sides. Thats why I was going to go d-bol only. See if I like it, then go a little more heavy. Thanks again.

    Dbol is heavy bro.. I know people who have done 3+ cycles of test and never touched dbol.. Dirty AAS imo.

    alot of waterweight and loss pretty much
    all your gains when you run dbol alone.
    You use it to jump start a test cycle.

    by the time you come off you wont notice anything.reason being is that dbol gains are difficult to keep and secondly you have way too much body fat to notice anything.its been said already,stop what your doing.diet and train hard for 6 months,drop your bf down to around 15% and then you might be ready for a cycle.you are waisting your money,sorry bro but the truth can sting abit.

    your worried about sides so you want to do DBOL? Dbol has some of the worst sides I have experienced while taking AS. On it's own it will bloat you out and add some water weight and possibly fat. The muscle It does add will not be noticed underneath all that. You should spend a few weeks doing some serious reading if you want to use AS. Also be prepared to spend money on other compounds to deal with sides, you should have those at hand before your cycle is even started. You have not mentioned PCT which again should be sorted before you have started. I get annoyed with posts like this. I can't believe people take such serious drugs with no knowledge of them or there effects. If you ignore our advice which like many others I am sure you will, good luck with the messed up sex drive for the next 6 months.

    you have a very good foundation on your physique. u dont need dbol...nor any other steroid....any time soon!
    remember that you NEVER really need steroids.

    u look alright....i would not say that you have alot of fat on you....just keep lifting....eat 1g of protien per pound of total target weight, and restrict simple carbs to only after workouts...preferably in post workout drink. and dont add oil in your food...rely on natural sources in red meat...olives....chicken....egg yolks.....almonds.....fish. it takes time but being young and natural will lead to better results than any steroid....in the long run at least. ive done some cycles over a span of three years, and ive been natural for 2-3years now....results are better....if you stay with it...stay patient...you will love your results and never look back. i know of natural bodybuilders who are beating steroid users in competitions...they are doing amazing and look better than most users. opting to try dbol but at the same time for only a short period and not wanting to use anything else is indication that you want to gain muscle but you are not willing to give 100% for it, and still not really wanting to use steroids at all. lol some simple psychology in action....sry....chow bye.

    No one here is being a dickhead for any thing they have said. It is all the truth. We all worry about our bros here and if we see someone doing something that might hurt them then we "flame" them in an effort to help them do the right thing.

    My hats off to you for stoping now. You're doing the best thing and in a few months of hard training, dieting, and research you'll be ready to go!

    Just becuase someone says your bf% is too high to cycle, doesn't mean they're being a dickhead, bro.

    Especially with dbol, you will gain alot of water and probably some fat too...And in turn, you probably won't be happy with your appearance while ON or afterwards. This comes from experience bro.

    u can stay lean on dbol anyways...it has to do with diet and cardio.

    You can cut on dbol, but it's generally not suggested. At a low dose, with a AI it works ok for cutting, but I'd rather pick a compound that is better suited to cutting.

    What about his comment was untrue?

    The poster does have a pretty high body fat %, and should lower it before thinking about running aas.

    The poster is thinking about running a Dbol only cycle, so obviously he has not done any research... otherwise he would know that dbol only cycles are horrible.

    No one is being a dick. They were only pointing out that you are not in good enough shape to run a cycle yet. Aswell they were trying to help you not run a bad cycle that may cause you problems.

    Ok, dropped the d-bol altogether, bumped cardio up to 40 mins a day. Dropped more fat, and sugars, bumped up protien. Well see in 6 weeks or so.
