I will typically run an a1c a couple of times over the course of a 6 month HGH cycle. That along with the spot checks via a BG meter give me a good indication of what the HGH is doing to my insulin sensitivity.

I am surprised that the a1c kits haven't made over to your side of the pond. Thanks RedBaron. I guess the solution for me would be to order it from the US. I have looked extensively on the internet for the kit in the UK and couldn't find any.

I wonder if any of the UK based bros have bought it? There are a lot of guys that have used GH at our forum.
