I read that 2-3 pinches of table salt added in your PWO shake is good.
Eating fruit or drinking juice will replace nearly all the electolyets expened during exercise, except for sodium, which tends to be the electrolyte most likely to need replenishment. Cuz you lose some salt through sweat.
So would it be cool to add 2-3 pinches of table salt to a PWO shake?
