ok heres the deal i am looking to do a few things on my next cycle and im looking for some guidence to acheive my goals.
1 im looking to get huge (im looking for 25-30 lbs of beef)
2 i want my shoulders,neck,arms,and chest to be loaded with vains.
my concern is,knowing that 30 lbs on a cycle isnt going to be all muscle.there will be some bf%increase.will this hinder my goals for roadmaps?
i plan on eating 4500 calories ed /350-400 mg protien ed,medium amt carbs.
training hard and heavy 5 days a wk/with no cardio!
my cycle will consist of
wk 1-4 drol 50 mg ed
wk 1-10 enethate 750 mg wk
wk 1-10 eq 600 mg wk
wk 7-13 winny depot 50 mg ed
wk 10-13 prop 100 mg ed
i will not be using any anti-es but will have nov on hand
clomid,nov,tylers ldt.etc
am i in a dream or are my goals obtainable?(remember i want vains)
right now if i were to guess,bf% is around 10-12%
