Guys,
Im 23, I weigh 185 pounds. I am 15.5 percent BF. I want to gain size (not too much water retention or else I have to take something to cut that out). I was told to take the suston 250 but I hear thats not for beginners such as myself.
In regards to my LAST topic I do have a liquid Dball but I havent started it yet... aside from the Dball, what do you guys think I should do for my first time cycle? Thanks and much appreciated!
