now it's just a charge though, which has NOTHING at all to do with guil... hell the wrong people get charged with sh*t every day. Would they see that and assume I was guilty, even though the court didn't find me guilty?

It's the army, you have no rights. You are guilty till proved innocent You have no right to remain silent Best advice, fight the dui and stay the fuk out of the army, you will hate every last second of it Btw my cousin serve on the dmz of korea for a year too
