    Onced banned - always banned. Attempts to register a new username will eventually be met with another banning. Why be a part of a community that keeps kicking you off? There are plenty of other boards to go to... find them. Trying to upset the constructive online members on AR will only be met with other inside tactics and possible bannings from other communities... there are other forum administrators on AR - don't completely burn out your online presense by being a pest here.

    I have this guy's protocol to finish then i have to work on my own..one for my girl (she's going into fitness); and and offseason protocol for a figure competitor.

    The detail is killing me tho.

    It's no prob really.

    School is what's killing me man. Final year... monstrous workload.

    I may have to come back for an extra semester to repeat a couple courses

    Training is taking the back burner right now.. as is eating. That coupled with the bronchial infection and bronchitis i had over the last couple weeks I'm down 6 or 7 pounds.

    Gonna make some Modifications and incorporate 'em from tomorrow.

    Right now he seems unbannable and will keep making new threads/posts and coming back in to all this attention he's getting. Sometimes people that want attention will even settle for negative attention if its attention all the same.

    Rake, I dont hate you and im not about to jump on the "Rake has no life" bandwagon but you are starting to get a bit annoying now. You have a different sense of humour to say the least which most people don't find amusing. I dunno, if you can find a way to get round the bans..maybe you should really just evaluate the situation and return to the board in a week or two with a new attitude.

    i have only been here for a while but rakes comments seem to be mostly harmless and quite funny.
    sure the guy might be a bit retarded, but so what.
    it reminds me of a kid who i used to see around bristol train station, he used to watch the trains all day, and i would sometimes see him on them. when the intercom would tell you what station was next he used to repeat it trying to sound like the machine.
    he would happily announce to the whole carriage what station was next, and on many occassions would get overly excited.
    does rake live any where near bristol?
    like i said i dont have much experience, so i may be wrong.
    however,
