    do you think i have to begin 2 cardio sessions a day? Right now im doing 6 one hour sessions a week first thing in the morning.....is this not enough?

    I dont really think one hour sessions in the A.M. is enough for this point. Some can get away with it...but I cant. Try starting 75-90min in the morning. I wouldnt start the PM sessions for another week or so...then again Im not contest prep guru
