    need advice

    i am 31 220 5'9 i have been working out seriously since jan of this year 3 days a week, Mon chest & Tri's, Wed back & bi's & Fri shoulders & legs. i do cardio on my off days 30-45 min and i walk the tread mill 25 mins @ 3.3 or 3.5 @ max incline on my work out days. i have my diet mostly in shape. all my clothes are getting loose so i know i'm doing something right. question is there are a couple kinds of test that everyone keeps talking about that will give you gains for a first cycle. what is the best type of test and how much and when to take it. also can you take creatine with it or ECA thanks

    and you need test for what? just eat the right diet and proper training and you will grow

    whats up. sounds like things r working pretty good. what types of test have u heard about.
