Ok so I follow A really strict diet
And im on my second week of my new cycle.
Il eat 7 small meals a day, all containing the right amount of protein and carbs and fats.
But when I go to bed im waking up like two or three times during the night REALLY hungry!
SOmetimes i wake up drooling on my pillow at the thought of tuna sandwiches!
Or a bowl of oatmeal!
And i cant get back to sleep, so ive been getting up and eating.
But then im really tired the next day as Im getting up two or three times to eat, then like another three for toilet!
Anyone else like this!? I know the gear I take is making me extra hungry and eat more
But its getting out of control! And a protein shake just wont satisfy me!
Its gotta be like a tuna sandwich full tin of tuna
Or a big bowl of oatmeal
Or a chicken sandwich, im grilling chicken breasts at 3am man!!!
And im ment to be cutting ha!
