Took me forever to read it, almost missed my work out, but im glad I read it, Im one of those 18,19,20% guys and i have a good physic from the pecs up and hips down but i guess i look pregnant too, I quit lifting while my wife was pregnant and just start up again a month ago, 7month old daughter. If i make up a huge batch of those, shakes, how long do you think they would be good for? Thanks Man, awsome article
