Thanks man...I know I can do better for next time. We all know 2nd place is the first loser...%#$@. I guess this will keep me pushin' even harder. Still waitin' on the pics from Gary Bartlett...and there is f@ck all for pics anywhere on the net??? The cbbf.ca site has a couple of the heavier classes, and a few on abba.ab.ca forum. WTF?

ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO FIND PICS FROM THE '06 CANADAS??

Dude tell me what to eat to get that shredded. I cant seem to lose any more weight, I have lost 20 pounds but the last 20 is hell.

Congrats on droppin' a serious amount of BF!!! What you need to do is maybe take a break from the diet for a week or 2. Your metabolism might have slowed down from an extended period of low cals. There are alot of variables, a detailed log book will help tremendously! There are many supps. to speed the process as I'm sure you know. For me it has been 16.5 years of dedication...NEVER SATISFIED!!!

FINALLY....Gary Bartlett from Musclemag threw up a few extra pics from the show on the cbbf.ca site. still waitin' for 30 plus pics...He'll have coverage in an upcoming MUSCLEMAG INT. Always exciting to see your self in a magazine.

...well...the contest was 8.5 weeks ago and I finally got my pics from
Gary Bartlett. He's a photographer/writer for Musclemag Internationals' Canadian Corner. I guess the coverage for the show will be on stands in the spring. ....Yeah....it's frickin cold up here in Canada

I figure I need to complete this thread with some decent pics...
