Two things, No those are the day before my show that I just did...And 2 my posing in the show was good, those were taken really quick just cause i wanted them...

Offseason has been good, I was pretty strict for the first 3 weeks with my dieting making sure to take advantage of the state my body was in...So i saved my slacking for after that, the last week and a half I slacked a little bit, but I'm back on track now...I noticed that my weight didnt really shoot up a ton, it gradually came back up, but my strength gains were unbelieveable, I've squated, benched, and deadlift the most in my life since the show!!!

Nice build man, thats kinda what im striving for id even settle for....8% haha. im bulked at 205 right now prob around 15-16% with no abs. Wanna get down to that weight. Would ya mind posting what your diet and training regiment looked like?
