    How many cycles......

    I know this is a vague question but I was wondering with someone who has many years experience in the gym and has started the use of AAS, how many cycles( with proper training and diet) will that person see great results? I know we can get good results just after 1 cycle but I mean, quality, thick muscle. I know that genetics is a huge factor, but in general how many cycles did it take you to say " wow" I finally look like something special!

    well... I ran three without much gains, but started to notice effects on my fourth cycle..........

    I'm about to start my 2nd cycle and I was hopeful that I would get a bit more results than my first. Do the cycles build on each successive cycle or is there a point where gains come to a halt. If i could add just 5-8 quality lbs on each cycle, I know I would look great after my 4th or 5th cycle.

    With proper training,diet,pct, and everything in check you could notice a big difference with your first cycle. If your just injecting without any of those being spot on or at least damn close to it, your only limiting yourself.

    I guess It depends on what your looking to acheive. I plan on a test e and dbol cycle. If done right thats about 20 pounds. I think that would be just fine for me.

    I agree I'm shooting for 10-15 maybe even 20lbs on a 12 week Test E cycle. My diet/training/pct however are all in check so I'm looking pretty good so far.


    King have you ever done Test E before? If so when did you start to notice a hint of strength? Around the 5/6 week mark I'm guessing.

    I did a lower dose cycle for my first and all said and done after PCT I'm up 8 lbs. Not bad, but I'm still looking for that wow factor and more thickness.

    Hey neighbor,! I'm in southern NH, originally from Peabody.

    I did Test C 250mg week 1-5 500mg week 6-12
    Deca 200mg week 1-5 400mg week6-12

    I with a HRT company so I followed thier lowest effestive dose protocol. After getting to know my rep better we upped the dose for the second half of the cycle. Now we are on the smae page and the next cycle will be dosed properly.

    I would think you would've gained a bit more than 8lbs but I'm guessing that was 8lbs of lean mass, probably around 15lb in total?

    I was in Peabody last night hunting some ps3's down, had some luck on the north shore moreso than south shore.

    You got it, I gained around 12 lbs. 8 lbs lean mass. I'm satisfied but could be better. Gotta add more calories next cycle.

    That's not bad, but honestly looks a tad bit low. I would've guessed with a solid diet and bumping the cals up you could have gained more. Then again you have to do it, see what works and what doesn't for you.

    What were your cals at do you have a rough idea? From what I see at my gym improper dieting and training are the 2 causes of low gains off of Aas. I think that if your going to do it, do it right you know, it will definately pay off moreso in the end.

    Since I've started my diet I'm up about 3lbs nothing drastic, however I have all the energy in the world, I dont run out of steam at the gym, and my strength seems to be coming in a bit more now. I know it's not from my cycle as I just finished up week 2 so it's still to early for me to feel anything yet.

    I was hovering around 3,000 cals a day. Yes , I need to up it for the next cycle. I'm eating more now with an added weight gain shake. Hard getting alot of cals on clean food. I think maybe I should add more carbs next time.

    Yeah 3,000 was a bit low. I'm 6'1 185 with 7-8% bf and I'm running a 3500 cal/day diet and on my off days I'll let it drop down to around 32/3300 just due to me not wanting to make anything else/eat anything else on the weekend haha.

    I wouldn't say it's hard to get cals out of clean foods just have to pick the right ones. You had a decent gain with little fat gain so you were on the right track, just needed a tad more cals. For example:

    7oz Chicken - 293 calories, 56g protein, 0g carbs, 6g fat

    I have 2 of those a day one around 10/1030am and another at about 8/830pm depending on when I'm home. A good source of carbs brown rice/oats/bananas/apples, those are some of the things I play around with and change up day to day. I don't stick to a "same food, everyday" diet because I know I will get bored and slack. If I change it up here and there day to day I find it easier to keep to it.

    Never did a cycle. But you got it right. You see strength gains as early as 4 weeks or as late as 6. Thats why I'd like to do a dbol kick start.

    i think it depends on ur stats b4 starting aas when i started them i was 190 cm & 60 kg so it took me many cycles 2 get in shape of the bodybuilders

    Yeah that's what I'm being told, but for some reason my arm day my strength just shot up. Maybe I was just having a good day hmmmm ohwell, I think the days are going to get better real soon.

    It's only Test Enth @ 250mg 2x a week. On Mon/Thurs

    500 a week is pretty good. Are you going for 10 or 12 weeks?

    Sweet. I'll probably start in the late winter or early spring. I want to do 500 as well. But I will only get 2 10ml vials @ 250mg/ml. So I will have 5000mg which should be enough for 10 weeks. My test e will be the british dragon stuff. So hopefully they don't short change. Are you using UGL? Was your test accuratley filled?

    It's a friends source that has always been good for him and yes everything has checked out great.

    Yeah I have my before pics taken already, the poses are typical noob/terrible haha but thats fine. Come week 4 I will start taking a set of weekly pics and put them together in a progress shot.

    My first week was kinda rough with the injections. When I was younger I had alot of bloodwork done so the needles were not the problem however I think seeing myself do the injection gave me an unsettling feeling in my stomach. Now after week 2 I can say that feeling is gone and everything is going perfect.
