    sorry didnt read it right...the difference in halflife between the powder and crystal is quite big...the powder stays (after long use) approx 7 days in my system, maybe longer but it was noticable in that timeframe..
    The crystal approx 2 days...
    really liking the crystal version..

    How does the Salt that is bonded to the DNP alter the half life of the actual chemical?

    Please explain.

    Solid drug forms must dissolve before absorption can occur, dissolution rate determines availability of the drug for absorption. Thus when dissolution is slower tehn absorption this van be a bottle neck. Manipulating the drug's form as salt, crystal, or hydrate can change the dissolution rate and thus control overall absorption.
    Dnp is least soluble in the unionized or undissociated form, so added a salt form to it will make the drug more soluble.

    This also counts with my experience with DNP
