this is gona b his first cycle... wut u guyz thing abt the doses.
of deca and test prop...

i wouldnt use test and deca for first cycle i would save deca for 2nd cycle but if you are gonna use it i would run it for 12 weeks the test at 500mg a week and deca at 400mg a week...remember to stop the deca 2 weeks before test at the end of cycle
test 1-12 weeks 500mg
deca 1-10 weeks 400mg
