Revolution starts with an idea... and I really like how the orwellian undertone is put in guise of terrorism.

I thought it started out kind of gay, and i wish they used a cooler more intimidating mask, but once we got into it my girl even liked it and she usually hates every movie I like - Like Equilibrium, The Island, etc...

I thought it was great after I suffered through the first 20 minutes.

For anyone who hasn't seen Equilibrium, you're missing out. Rent it tonight or I'll slice your face off with a katana

Agreed. Best matrix-esque movie that you've never heard of. Some good talent in the movie as well!

If you wished V for Vendetta had more action, this is the movie for you.

I haven't seen it but I though it looked dreadful in the trailers and people I know who have seen it said it is dreadful, might catch it when it comes on TV...

If you rent it and get through the first 20 minutes, it gets really good. I almost ejected it at first but I gave it a chance and it was worth it.

No, it's based off the comic book.

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.
