    HGH causing lethargy?

Its my first time using gh. On week two. At the end of week one I experienced crushing lethargy. Is this normal? My sleep and diet was the same. Ive never experienced it this bad before my last two workouts were kinda crap. can somone chime in? Oh yeah I'm doing the 5 on 2 off at 2iu's for two weeks then bumping to 4ius

I don't know if it's because of the GH, but I experience the same thing since starting GH!!! I'm in my 6th week. Really lost motivation to get up and get to the gym. It's terrible. But it could also be the weather, i don't know.

I would think if you are young enough to produce your own, perhaps you have to much. Just a guess

are you supplementing with T3 or T4? If not I would try supping with low dose t4 (50-100mcg ED). Also bump your dosage up slowly. Do not jump from 2-4iu. Bump to three for a couple of weeks and see how you get on then increase if sides are tolerable.

As already stated, you should add T4.

I'll look into the t4. Thanks. The last couple of days have been better. I agree with the sleep thing, I also get crazy and vivid dreams. Keep you guys posted.

Not common but definitely does happen to some. No worries just let us know if it persists.

Not to worry. In weeks 2-3, I am a freaking hamster. (I actually fell asleep at a technical review once.)

Have a cup of java before you work out. No big deal.

I would bump up after you get past this side.

I'm feeling much better recently. I get tired earlier in the night but I'm not too sluggish during the day. I'm still somewhat more irritable than usual. hopefully this too will pass. On a positive note, I feel more "tight" and the belly is tightening up slightly. I can't wait for the first month to pass. I hope to see a little more results, and as the months pass....

I'm in just about the exact same situation as you. I just finished week two and noticed the lethargy wasn't as bad as when first started. I would imagine by week 4 the body would be adjusted and lethargy would be nonexistent.

I bumped up to 3 this week and I feel no lethargy. In fact I feel no difference in anything. Is it month two when the waist line stats to reduce?

Anyone run an ECA stack to help combat with lethargy? The evening dose(2iu) kills me.....
