Ok, here are my stats:
Weight: 186
Height: 5'9"
Diet: Around 4-5 meals daily consisting of eggs, chicken, milk, whole grain breads, rice, and two protein shakes daily (one pre and another post work out)
Cardio: I run for about 20 minutes , 5 days a week
I am already decently cut up, but definately have more mass than ripped muscle. My goal is to take all my mass and completely rip it up. What do you guys suggest? Thanks so far for all of your responses.
