salsa, hot sauce, soy sauce, ginger, salt, pepper...pick one or mix and match.
Also adding veggies to it can change a lot of taste.
there are tons of seasonings you can use, hot sauce, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, mrs dash, .....etc. just use your imagination and also wander the seasoning section at the grocery store.

It's like rice pudding.... another recipe i used to do is..
1 cup of rice
2 scoops of whey
drips of water to dissolve the whey just enough ( this is more hit and miss)
Mexican Brown Rice
1 12 oz. can chopped tomatoes, keep the juice
1 cup uncooked brown rice
1 cup corn
1 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tsp. fruit sugar
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Add the water to a large pot and bring to a boil. Add all the ingredients, except the corn. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until water has been absorbed into rice. Average cooking time is 60 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and fluff with fork.
