No that is a low dose for test, the average starting cycle for Test is 500mgs/week

Anavar can be used with your cycle between 50-100mgs/ed if you can afford it

Ok, this is what I would do if it were me and i wanted to cut.

Weeks 1-12 Test E @ 500mgs/week ( Shot 250mgs every 3.5 days)
Weeks 9-14 Winny @ 50-100mgs/ED taken 2 or 3 times ED
I would run an AI throughout the cycle to stave off any bloat. Arimidex or Letro

Day after last Winny starts PCT
Use the Clen during PCT

Fat loss and cutting is 90% determined by DIET and Exercise, The winny will dry you out and harden you up. It will NOT burn the fat if your diet is bad.
