Since most steroids aromatize (part of the substance is converted into estrogens) male bodybuilders can experience a significant elevation in their normally very low estrogen level. This can lead to feminization symptoms such as gynecomastia (growth of breast glands), increased fat deposits, and higher water retention.
Anti-e's combat those side effects.
And yes that was an answer to your question. Perhaps you need to do a little more research before beginning. Also, if you don't want to be a "muscle head", why use steriods in the first place.
