    Im very very unhappy

Its been one of those days...

Went out boxing day night and had some beers...

Then this morning (well, wednesday) i was driving up to see the miss's and had an accident... guy walked out from behind a van and i hit him in my car.

Got breathalised at the scene and i was still just over the limit from the night b4..... feels like nothings going right for me at the moment!

Maybe it was your reaction time and/or fatigue from drinking? Funny it happens on a day where you've drank the night before and not any other day. That might have been some kids dad you almost killed on the holidays. You could get mad about it, or you could take it as a lesson and never put yourself in that situation again.

had 7, but havent drunk for ages as not really a drinker.

the uk limit is 35mg, i was at 37, average of around 10mg per drink, had 5 hours sleep n missed breakfast (was on ma way to have brunch with the gf)

im normally the first to lecture people on drink driving, so please dont see it as summit that was intentional or i didnt give a fook!

    o ive learnt my lesson!!!

and i wouldnt have been able to miss him either way, as he walked out into the side of me... was doing 32mph in a 30, and i didnt even get the chance to swerve or break. Theres a small dent half way up my left hand wing, so didnt hit him full on, and he just got a bruised leg.

Cheers for the support from the guys that have given it!

Had some goodish news tonight, the guy that walked infront of me was polish,
and according to the solicitor there has been a suspicious amount of polish guys walking out infront of cars in my area, as means easy cash for them, so shes looking into that for me.
She thinks that it will be either 6-9 points on ma license or a 6 month ban....
Just ganna have to wait till mid feb to find out!
