lol whey protein is already liquid and readily absorbed PB does nothing to slow down digestion since fat is absorbed in the intestines and protein/aminos/carbs are absorbed in the stomache

u want good fatty meat that has the protein and fat conjoined like in salmon/beef 'n stuff
