right now im 6' 2" 234 lbs

I dont measure SO I dont know them But I think my bis are around 18.5 or 19 right now. As far as lifting I'll throw around 300 on close grip bench for reps 6-8 but I cant do regular grip bench because it hurts my shoulders alot when I go heavy. I usually work out with 405 on squats Ill warm up and then hit 5 sets of 10 with minimal rest 1-2 minutes in between sets. I havent maxed out since highschool but I recently did 315 30 times (squats) and then had a migraine for 5 solid minutes right in the back of my head. LOL I'll do some cheat curls with 205 for fun but like to keep good form and hit a nice pump with 135 on the strait bar for 15 reps. As you can tell from my rambling I really have no goals. I lift bc I love to and I tie it in with my faith.

I'm 20 an havent roided yet (not to say I plan on it), but some times I have fantasies.
