    New Year: New Cycle

    Happy New Year to all,
    As the new year sets in I have lined up my next cycle and I thought I'd post for a little critique (constructive!!). My current stats are now somewhat different from my profile.
    Height - 6 foot
    Weight - 108kg (237lbs - about 17st0lbs)
    BF - 12% or so - maybe a little less
    Bench 1 RM - 165kg (363lbs)
    Squat 6 RM - 210kg (notice I said 6 RM)

    The cycle is:
    Test Prop @ 700mg/wk @ 100mg ED running for 12 weeks
    ** Tren A @ 525mg/wk @ 75mg ED running for 8 weeks (starts at wk 4 of TP)
    EQ @ 400mg/wk @ 100mg EOD running for 7 weeks (starts at wk 2 of TP)
    T3 (25mcgs/day) along with the Tren to avoid elevating prolactin too high
    PCT to follow - I'm stopping the EQ 3 weeks before the Tren so that PCT times should match.

    Diet is in check since Christmas and is going well - I have 5 kg of Whey Protein to consume pre/during/post workout along with 4 kg of casein protien for bedtime protein drip as such.

    What do you think??

    I would not use EQ if you are only going to run it 7 weeks out of a 12 week cycle. I would run the tren 4-11 at 50mg ED or 100mg EOD, and the EQ 1-9 at 600mg( 11 if you use Test E or cyp) .

    Why run prop for 12 weeks??? Better to run a long ester like cyp for 12. You can jump start with prop the first 3-4 weeks and also end the cycle with it the last 2 weeks for faster PCT if you like.

    I think before we can provide any cycle suggestions or suggest any dosage/ duration/compound changes for you specific cycle. We need to know what cycle number this is, and your past AAS usage/cycles.

    I see no reason to make things more complicated with dosage/durations/and adding an extra compound to the cycle.

    Especially the tren dosage, we dont know his experiences with the specific compound, so i dont think we can provide benefitial suggestions unless we know what his past cycles have consistent of, or if he has used tren before.

    Yes that looks better, I love to jump start with prop and end the cycle with iit so I can start PCT right away. I also like to run my tren for 6-8 weeks only and get better results when I start it in week 3-5 on a 12 week cycle. Good post Jeff.

    This is an easy cycle. I dont see whay you guys are so lost.

    You only need to adjust it a little.

    1-13 Test Prop @ 700mg/wk @ 100mg ED
    5-12 Tren A @ 525mg/wk @ 75mg ED
    1-11 EQ @ 400mg/wk @ 200mg 2x week
    1-12 T3 (25mcgs/day)
    PCT starts the 3 days after last shoot of test prop.

    My experience AAS is...
    7 cycles thus far - first 2 far to young, stupid and misinformed. Last 3 cycles have been using Test Prop/Winny/Tren/Eq combinations of sorts.

    Also had a dabble with Oxodrol, got half decent results (gained 8lbs - bf% stayed same - which sounds good but I couldn't see where I made gains, a little weird, maybe my bones got thicker ) - but I missed injecting!!
