Happy New Year to all,
As the new year sets in I have lined up my next cycle and I thought I'd post for a little critique (constructive!!). My current stats are now somewhat different from my profile.
Height - 6 foot
Weight - 108kg (237lbs - about 17st0lbs)
BF - 12% or so - maybe a little less
Bench 1 RM - 165kg (363lbs)
Squat 6 RM - 210kg (notice I said 6 RM)
The cycle is:
Test Prop @ 700mg/wk @ 100mg ED running for 12 weeks
** Tren A @ 525mg/wk @ 75mg ED running for 8 weeks (starts at wk 4 of TP)
EQ @ 400mg/wk @ 100mg EOD running for 7 weeks (starts at wk 2 of TP)
T3 (25mcgs/day) along with the Tren to avoid elevating prolactin too high
PCT to follow - I'm stopping the EQ 3 weeks before the Tren so that PCT times should match.
Diet is in check since Christmas and is going well - I have 5 kg of Whey Protein to consume pre/during/post workout along with 4 kg of casein protien for bedtime protein drip as such.
What do you think??
