I think you'll get mixed opinions about this. But, in my opinion you should break it up throuhout the day keeping the test consistant and more stable. For example, if your taking 40mg per day maybe take 2 every 5 hrs. I personally am on dbol and take 2 at 6am, than 2 at 11, than 3 before I go to the gym at 4pm, and then 1 more around 8 but that just me. I know some people that like to take the entire dose about an hour before they go workout. Hope this helps.
