    My training Videos

    I'll post as i up load.

    Only 3.

    Two from this morning... one from my last training session before my lay off 3 weeks ago.

    Taken from last back workout of the year...

    Deadlift: 405 x 5 raw.

    Using only a belt and some sponge.. no straps.

    I use sponge instead of chalk because my hands sweat.

    Couldn't use my straps because i had just gotten my new wrist tatt.

    I dont think you can keep up with me ..I mean posting videos fast enough


    This may inspire me to post some videos of my own on youtube

    I'll post them as soon as my deadlift hits 600..as soon as i get over my lower back fvckup ill get one up

    i wish i had a vid of my 500+ lifts (500 x rep out; 515 x 5; 545 x 3)

    i don't think i'll be using straps anytime soon (afraid to damage the skin on the wrists) so it'll take me a couple month to get my raw grip strength up to pull 500+ again



    Feel free to comment and rate the videos by the way.

    I'm thinking this year that i'll make a video log.. That's if i can get this account registered as a 'director's account'.

    What do you guys think?

    I'm the opposite.

    I psych from the inside out.

    I don't even hear the music in the background or anything.. I just see me under the weight.. visualising the set just prior to executing it.

    And then i just do it lol.. pretty boring huh?

    These sessions are at 5 a.m.

    The only people there other than myself and my girl are these middle aged couples. If i try to change the station i'll get the evil eye lol.

    I don't mind tho.. I really don't hear anything when i start my set.

    Cool vids nark, thanks for posting them up. I enjoyed that. I must say though, those squats don't look very deep. I am not trying to knock you here, nor do I know the reason for you posting the vids (you may not want critique?) but maybe you have a logical explanation for your depth? just curious...

    Not deep? I dunno... I hadn't trained at all in 3weeks.. and hadn't trained legs in 4 weeks.

    Looking at 'em.. and watching myself in the mirror i hit parallel on each rep... at least in my mind

    Are you gauging based on the position of the safety bars?

    Because i put them just anywhere so they don't make me feel
    claustrophobic. Their position bears no relevance to my own.

    Or maybe you're commenting on my going Parallel as opposed to ATG like in previous pics i posted??

    Honestly I'm not a strong pusher... My bench vids would get laughed off the site

    Maybe i'll be able to get stronger this year if i'm able to sleep.

    I've been an insomniac for the last 5 years or so...

    e.g. It's 3 a.m. here.. I'm supposed to be at the gym for 5.

    I agree, they are 1/4 squats. Still a 405x5 dead is not bad for a natural 175lb guy.

    I pulled 495 @ 170 lbs.. and 545 x 3 @ 210 lbs... Thanks for the comments anyway.

    175lbs??? you look a lot heavier, but i guess theyre right ....video adds 10lbs....nice deads.....keep it up.........

    Squats look near parallel, if not slightly above. However, with the outstanding controlled movement you're using, I'm willing to bet you're hitting every muscle fiber in your legs & glutes.

    Really outstanding form on all of your lifts. We can only hope BenTheBody takes notes and learns from your example. Looking forward to seeing more of these high quality vids Nark!!

    In the deadlift vid? 210 lbs lean... Same as in my avvie

    3 weeks later? Dunno.. haven't weighed as yet. I was 208 lbs last week.. but not as lean as before the lay-off. Still vascular tru-out my arms and calves.
