Taken from last back workout of the year...
Deadlift: 405 x 5 raw.
Using only a belt and some sponge.. no straps.
I use sponge instead of chalk because my hands sweat.
Couldn't use my straps because i had just gotten my new wrist tatt.

i don't think i'll be using straps anytime soon (afraid to damage the skin on the wrists) so it'll take me a couple month to get my raw grip strength up to pull 500+ again

I psych from the inside out.
I don't even hear the music in the background or anything.. I just see me under the weight.. visualising the set just prior to executing it.

Squats look near parallel, if not slightly above. However, with the outstanding controlled movement you're using, I'm willing to bet you're hitting every muscle fiber in your legs & glutes.
Really outstanding form on all of your lifts. We can only hope BenTheBody takes notes and learns from your example. Looking forward to seeing more of these high quality vids Nark!!
