There is no need to taper up and then taper back down. While it's always a good idea to taper from day one the reasoning is because you have no idea how your body will react. Start with one tab/day and add a tab per day until you reach about 6-7 tabs (by then most people are feeling the effects...shakes, sweats, etc). Stay at 6-7 tabs for the remainder of the two weeks then take two weeks off of clen (substitute an ECA at this time). After two weeks you can start clen again only this time there is no need to taper back up as you already know your bodies tolerence.
