Hi all i just got some Clen in Liquid form. It's 100 MCG/ML - 60ML VIAL.

Can anyone tell me from experience how they measured it out properly?

go your local drug store and buy a syringe (a medicine syringe, not the kind you inject with). It's the most accurate way.

Thanks, Then do i just go buy what people say on the board? 60mcg up to 120 mcg a day? is that whats the syringe will have measured on it?

Also can someone out there tell me what the best kind of diet is whilst on Clen and the best times to work out?

Also, can i go 2 weeks on, one week off with benedryl and then do it all again?
