I always do the same thing when I'm on Cycle.
"What's it gonna feel like when the Deca kicks in? What about the Var?"
Sometime you just "feel" stronger...
Like you could tear someone's head off and neck fukc them.
On other cycles, you might think, "Shit. I'm not gaining" or whatever.
For me, the REAL way to find out- is in the gym.
By about week 10 I'm at full bore weather I "feel it" or not.
So to prove it to myself I go do some "doubles" or even 1 rep max's.
I am ALWAYS happily surprized to feel that fukcing bar go up! Right through any sticking points, no pain. You just give it all you got and up it goes.
Most of my 1RM were 15% higher than off cycle.
Then you walk around for the rest of the day smiling big inside and out.
That's what it feels like when it kicks in.
