    is this good progress?

    hey guys starting my fourth week today.
    test e 500 mgs wk
    d bol 25mgs ed 1-4
    deca 300mgs wk
    started at a high bf 24% but it was do to slow work and surgery. any ways.today i am 227 lbs and 22% so igained about 9lbs and lost 2% bf at three weeks in got 7-9 weeks to go what do you guys think.

    same as everyone gain some quality muscle and shed some bf.i know its hard to do both but it seems to be working. thinking about clen during pct.

    Gaining 9 lbs and losing 2% bodyfat in 3 weeks is horrible...flush that fake shit.....

    are u serious? how much should i gain in three weeks with two long esters that are probably just kikn in? also doin 45 mins cardio six days a week.

    ......2% at 227 is about 4.5lbs + the 9 you gained 13.5lbs in 3 weeks seems good to me remember some of thats water tho and that the test e and deca wont have kicked yet but will soon. if your really worried post your diet some of the fellas are pretty good with em. might get some leaner gains with a couple tweaks

    just using the hand held devise the gym has its supose to be 98-100% accurate. but who knows?

    Hey bro,How is your nutrition and cardio??You see the 2 compounds you're running take between 4 to 6 weeks to kick in...and with the dbol thats mostly water gains...so I'm not trying to rain on your parade but its not adding up bro...unless your dieting very well and doing good cardio...

    hey max, i quit the d bol a week ago cause i ran out of tabs and didnt want to drink the liquid.on .25 letro for the bloat and compare to last time not much water. doing 6 days a week cardio at 30-45 mins low impact 125-130 hrt rate. (todays food and routine)
    (meal 1)2 cups oatmeal
    cardio 30 mins (walking at 10% grade 2.5 mph)
    (meal 2)one chicken breast with three turkey meatballs and a banana
    (meal 3)can of tuna with about 10 wheat thins
    (meal 4)one muscle milk shake
    (workout back for an hour)
    (meal 5)three steak tacos corn tortillas,cup of brown rice 1/2 cup beans,corn
    (meal 6) about to drink a whey protein shake
    drank 1 gallon water,2 cups of cran juice,and 1 cup of orange juice

    Bro,How about doing nthe cardio before all those carbs...you see 2cups of oatmeal is over 100 carbs...cardio will be more efficient on an empty stomach...What are your goals on this cycle anyway??

    this is the first week i changed to eating oatmill before cardio because i was getn worried about burning muscle.my goal forthis one is of course gain some lean muscle and strength but im tired of seeing my six pack through a layer of fat.was in the gym always hard core then a hernia surgery screwed everything up.i would like to see at least 18% bf by the end of this one gonna try clen during pct.im always very sensitive to gear also.

    Trust me bro...to lose BF you didnt need to do a cycle...proper nutrition,training and CARDIO wouldve gotten you to that..But good luck to you bro..

    im doing the cycle for strength and size and the cardio to trim some fat.i figured since i read test has a tendancy to burn fat might as well act upon it while its in there. like i said im gonna try some clen in my pct to knock some fat off along with diet.this is a bulk plan but i want to see the bulk when im done.

    i would have taken some Winny and started off with less body fat!
