    4th cycle input appreciated

    Current Stats:

    age - 41
    wght - 202 lbs
    hght - 6'1
    last cycle - aug 2006

    cycle:
    test cyp - 600mg/week wk 1-10
    var - 60mg/day wk 5-10

    pct:
    nolva - 20mg/day wk 11-13
    proviron 50mg/day wk 11- 13
    (not keen on clomid, think it has impacted my eyesight from past pct)

    supps:
    multi-vit - throughout
    milk thistle - throughout
    creatine - throughout

    From research on site, i am aware that I might pick up bloat from the cyp but i do not have access to stuff like letro or adex.

    Would appreciate any comments, suggestions or oversights.

    Thx for the AR shop reminder, but my problem is i am not in the US and not sure about research chemical policy here (south africa). Customs here is quite tricky so i want to stick with domestic sources for now.

    No harm in trying, you will be importing a Breast Cancer drug. Not likely to be on any banned drug list thats for sure

    Thx Kale, might just try.

    Any comments/experience on how the var may counteract the cyp bloat towards the end of cycle?

    Var wont counteract bloat. You will need Adex or Letro for that, preferably Adex Not everyone gets bloat either, I sure dont

    3 previous cycles and you only weigh 202????? what is your Body fat % ?

    What is your goal weight? I think you may need to look at your diet if you are trying to gain mass.

    Yes SMAN, you r right. Unfortunately since my last cycle my work situation has been very difficult and to keep my business alive i have had to sacrifice almost all personal time (eating/workouts).
    With my metabolism I can loose weight just by sleeping if i am not eating.

    Got back on track with the workout/diet in november. I have not had bf measured, but i would guess it is around 8-12%.

    My goal weight is 220-225lbs, but i dont expect to get there until end-2007. I'll be happy to get to 210-212lbs wwith cycle by march.

    Well looks like a decent cycle and if your food intake is correct, then you should be able to put on at least 20lbs. what you keep is up to you though..

    Im thinking I would take the var in the beginning, to help out while you are waiting for the test to kick in.

    Yes, thought hard about var upfront while waiting for cyp kick. But as var has the strength boost effect, decided that i wanted that to kick concurrently with the full test availablity.

    I also do not want to run an 17aa longer than 5 weeks, so i went for last 5 weeks of test cycle.

    Make any sense?

    Guess you could argue that, but I think I would frontload with that. Those first 2 weeks or so are going to be rather lackluster. You could split it up between the first 3 weeks and last 2 weeks of the cycle.
